BURGERS & BBQ THIS SUNDAY!

This Sunday, August 1 from 1:00 - 3:00 pm at Good Shepherd Center (GSC) at 1671 Beverly Blvd. in Los Angeles. Join us in celebration of YPG and GSC, with a chance to mingle with current and prospective members, check out the latest GSC facilities, and find out about the latest events and volunteer opportunities. This event is to learn more about the Young Professionals Group of Los Angeles. In service of Good Shepherd Center for Homeless Women and Children, YPG is dedicated to empowering young men and women to serve the Los Angeles homeless community through fundraising and volunteer activities while offering social networking opportunities.

The YPG BBQ Lunch is open to all members as well as prospective members. It is a great opportunity to meet fellow YPG members and learn about YPG's fundraising, social and volunteer activities.

Prospective members are encouraged to bring their completed membership application (download your application from http://www.ypgla.org/membership.html). Dues are waived until December 2010. Not ready to join, that's okay too. Come and learn about why so many people, just like you, have decided to join YPG. Casual dress is encouraged.
